THE BENEFIT OF BMW CERTIFIED.

The BMW Certified program is designed to leave nothing to chance when it comes to buying a used BMW – meaning that only the best vehicles get the BMW Certified seal of approval.



ELIGIBILITY

SELECTIVE FROM THE START
In order for a vehicle to access the BMW Certified program, it must not be more than 5 years old from its original commissioning date or have more than 120,000 kilometres on the meter. We review the CARFAX report for each vehicle, and ensure that it is only made up of original BMW parts and that its maintenance history is up to date.

COMPLETE VEHICLE INSPECTION
Before a used BMW vehicle can receive the honour of being certified, it undergoes a full inspection, is refurbished with original BMW parts, and is approved by our trained technicians who know it better than anyone.

ROAD TEST
After having passed the detailed inspection of the bodywork and mechanics, the used BMW vehicle is subjected to a complete road test by trained BMW experts who use BMW diagnostic equipment, to live up to our reputation – and your expectations. 

GUARANTEE
Each BMW Certified vehicle is protected by a warranty coverage of at least 1 year.* Depending on the age of the vehicle, all BMW-certified pre-owned vehicles include full coverage of either the balance of the limited warranty on new vehicles up to 4 years or 80,000 km*, whichever comes first, or a 5-year limited warranty and unlimited mileage on the powertrain from the date of entry into service of the vehicle.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 24 HOURS/7 DAYS
Enjoy excellent coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the duration of your warranty. We’re here to help you wherever you go with services such as towing to the nearest BMW dealership, and increased assistance benefits including: battery boosting, locksmith service, fuel delivery, and more**.

Vehicle Exchange Privilege.

Each BMW Certified vehicle is sold with an exchange privilege of three days/300 km. If you are not satisfied at this time, your dealership will exchange your vehicle for another BMW Certified vehicle of equivalent or greater value if you wish to pay the difference.
