I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that others can be aware before visiting Grenier BMW. While I was excited to purchase my BMW M5,the experience at this dealership left much to be desired. There were questionable practices that unfortunately mirror some of the negative stereotypes associated with car dealerships. To start, I had scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle through a salesperson. When I arrived, neither the car nor the salesperson were there, which was disappointing and felt unprofessional. Another salesman, Ricky, did well to salvage this first impression and provided a great service. I finally purchased the car and there was already a problem with the vehicle that originated before I bought the car. I had purchased a warranty at the time of sale and I was told this issue would be covered. However, when I called back to schedule the repair, I was told that the issue was now not covered by the warranty. One member of the service team tried to negotiate a discount, but I refused by principle. Despite this, I chose not to go through the hassle of returning the car, out of respect for my own engagement in the purchase and belief that things would be handled properly. Unfortunately, that goodwill has not been reciprocated. This experience has soured my relationship not only with this dealership but with the BMW brand overall. I’m sharing this to help others be aware of what could happen at this dealership — not to discourage you from buying a BMW, but to make sure you go in with eyes wide open.

I have bought 3 automobiles, from Grenier BMW, and, on each occasion, my very high expectations, have been exceeded. The whole process is FANTASTIC, from sales, to parts, to service, to vehicle preparation and pre delivery detailing, all is, at a very high level. A special tip of the hat, to Mr. Dany Lamontagne, (the General Sales Manager) who is not hesitant to get involved, if a glitch should appear during the sales process. (thanks Dany) Needless to say, Grenier BMW is my dealer of choice, a world class product, in BMW, and industry leading service, in Grenier BMW, an unbeatable combination. Merci Ricardo! Well that was fun and easy... purchased a low mileage used BMW from Grenier BMW and it was as straight forward as possible. Arrived, car was gift wrapped, unveiled, assessed, paperwork signed and returned to Ottawa after providing my trade in. As far as buying a used car - excellent and smooth process.

It is 3 months that I am waiting. Paid over $7000 extra gurantee for my tires and body. One tire is bulged. They say I have change all four for all of them to be in the same condition. But if their tire had not had a hernia I wouldn’t have to buy the 3 others. This situation had happened bey. They changed all four without saying a word. But now it's a different story. They don’t even answer no more. Same issue with some scratches on my car that I got a guarantee for but now they say the guarantee doesn’t cover that. However, this too had happened before and they fixed it without any problems. I have asked for the phone number and email of the Director General of the company, Mr. Louis Grenier but the receptionist says he doesn’t have them. Imagine paying $7-$8000 to have no headaches, but having tons of headaches and having to pay for what you bought extra guarantee for!!!!!!!
