Outstanding and excellent service would be an understatement when it comes to BMW Grenier. A huge thank you to my sales associate, Emmanuel Felesakis, for his attentive, patient, and dedicated personal approach. My experience with Jean-Francois Lacasse in the finance department was equally pleasant—he truly excels in his field. Finally, Gabriel Girard in the service department impressed me with his unmatched expertise and honesty. Also great service from Alexandre Vanasse & Mr. Jacques ! The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Incredible personalized service. I was honestly shocked by the teams overwhelmingly positive and helpful attitude. This dealer is 1 hour from my house and I'd go back for service there, thats how impressed I was. Shout out to Vincent, Christoffer and Jean-Francois!!

Drove far away to get my hands on a new X3M Comp. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism from start to finish. Olivier sold me this car and he was as excited for me as I was. Jean-Francois was also helpful after the fact with handling finances and warranties. Overall a pleasant purchasing and delivery experience. ----update: Loved the X3MC so much I went back to Grenier to get a second one. Same staff, same experience. Thank you!
