What We Handle

Common visits include Condition Based Service maintenance, brake service, cooling system work, suspension and steering repair, engine and transmission diagnostics, driver-assistance calibration, and software updates. When your BMW reports a service requirement through its Condition Based Service system, we read the actual data rather than guessing from mileage alone.

Winter Preparation, Done Properly
Quebec winter service is not a marketing season here : it is a mechanical reality. Winter tires are legally required from December 1 to March 15, and driving without them risks a $200 to $300 fine on top of the safety consequences.
Beyond tires, cold weather concentrates its demands on a specific list: battery capacity, coolant condition, brake performance on salt-treated roads, wiper and washer function, and block heater operation. We check that list before the temperature drops rather than after. Book in October or November and you will avoid the December bottleneck that fills every service bay in Lanaudière.

Our Service Department shares the building with Parts, the Tire Centre, Accessories and the Body Shop. A seasonal tire swap, a brake inspection and an accessory installation can be handled in a single visit, a meaningful convenience when your day is already full.
