COVID-19 update * April 14, 2020 * Reopening mechanical shops
Dear clients,

We hope that you and your family are healthy and that morale is high under the circumstances. I am writing to you today to update Grenier Automobile’s situation since we temporarily closed our operations on March 24.

As you heard during press briefings, Prime Minister Legault extended the closure of non-essential businesses until May 4. However, automobile repair shops have been added to the list of essential services as of yesterday.

We therefore opened the mechanical workshops of ALL OUR DEALERS on April 15 for all repairs including tire and oil changes. You will receive a call or a text in the coming days informing you that it is possible to anticipate your appointment or make an appointment.

We have planned the application of numerous distancing measures in all our dealers, including rigorous health protocols, a contactless reception and payment process, social distancing marks clearly visible on the ground and the installation of plexiglass panels. , just to name a few. We take this new reality very seriously, and we will do everything in our power to minimize the risks to you and our employees.

We have noticed an increase in requests for information about our vehicles in inventory in the past week. I therefore confirm that if you wish to obtain more information on a vehicle or on current programs, we will be happy to answer you virtually, by email or by phone since a team of advisers is now working in complete safety. . We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, and want more than anything to be able to operate our businesses. We are monitoring the situation very closely, while respecting government recommendations.

Thank you for your loyalty and your understanding. Stay safe.

Sincerely,

The Grenier Automobile family
