Outstanding and excellent service would be an understatement when it comes to BMW Grenier. A huge thank you to my sales associate, Emmanuel Felesakis, for his attentive, patient, and dedicated personal approach. My experience with Jean-Francois Lacasse in the finance department was equally pleasant—he truly excels in his field. Finally, Gabriel Girard in the service department impressed me with his unmatched expertise and honesty. Also great service from Alexandre Vanasse & Mr. Jacques ! I look forward to many more years of doing business with BMW Grenier!

Vincent and Laurent were great to deal with when purchasing my Porsche Macan from BMW Grenier. Vincent was friendly, quick to answer and had a human approach with no pressure. Laurent made the process of trading in my Audi really easy and took care of me, where he ensured everything was perfect in the Macan (changed anything it needed maintenance wise)and also delivered it with brand new tires. The rest of the process from financing to delivery was easy and well organized. I’ll be sure to come back for our next car in the near future and would not hesitate to work with Vincent and Laurent / Grenier BMW again. Thank you!

Meaningful Coincidence
I was very close to completing a purchase of a 2026 M440i with Rickie, who was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience changed when the transaction was escalated to management. During the process of validating my cash purchase, I felt that my situation was not assessed appropriately and that the communication could have been handled with more tact and understanding. As a result, I left the interaction feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer. Because of this experience, I decided to purchase my vehicle from Laval BMW, where the process better matched my expectations for customer service. I appreciate the follow-up call from the General Sales Manager and the opportunity to discuss what happened. My intention in sharing this review is simply to provide honest feedback on my experience.

The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Incredible personalized service. I was honestly shocked by the teams overwhelmingly positive and helpful attitude. This dealer is 1 hour from my house and I'd go back for service there, thats how impressed I was. Shout out to Vincent, Christoffer and Jean-Francois!!
