Drove far away to get my hands on a new X3M Comp. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism from start to finish. Olivier sold me this car and he was as excited for me as I was. Jean-Francois was also helpful after the fact with handling finances and warranties. Overall a pleasant purchasing and delivery experience. ----update: Loved the X3MC so much I went back to Grenier to get a second one. Same staff, same experience. Thank you!

Merci Ricardo! Well that was fun and easy... purchased a low mileage used BMW from Grenier BMW and it was as straight forward as possible. Arrived, car was gift wrapped, unveiled, assessed, paperwork signed and returned to Ottawa after providing my trade in. As far as buying a used car - excellent and smooth process.

Went to test drive an M3 Competition and agreed on a price with Dalil, confirming that I’d be buying the car. He told me he doesn’t work Fridays, so we’d finalize the deal on Monday. When I reached out Monday, he said he’d sold the car. Completely unprofessional — stay away from this salesman.

Nothing special here. I went to visit for a CPO 3 series and I never got a follow up from the sales rep as promised. Overall dealership looked friendly, but clearly not hustling to earn business given that this is a new dealership. May 2022: I had previously put a (neutral) 3 star on my last review many years ago. I can now confidently put a 5 star review on this dealership. The team went above and beyond to earn my business and make a worthwhile transaction. Carol & Renzo were extremely helpful and very transparent, so this built trust in working with this dealership. Their finance director Jean-Francois was also very easy to work with! I have also recommended friends to this dealership.
